Brief Description:  Left door, fit

Marked and trimmed door jams to provide approx 1/4" clearance to the door. PUt some index marks on the door and cut off cleco tabs. Sanded 45 bevel all around door. Now the fun starts. Hold the door on, mark and area where it does not fit, sand, mark, sand, mark, sand ....... Get one area to fit, work on another and the first is not right anymore. Not only do you have to fit the door, the bevel on the cabin top sometimes needs touching up. I suspect you sand the doors until the primer (final paint?) goes on.

Got left door to fit flush (almost) on the bottom 2/3 and somewhat on the top. Held in place and put a piece of sheet metal on the door to be able to cleco the door in the same position and hold it. Now I can do the final trim with a buisness card used to determine clearance. Have a lot of them left.

Mr UPS showed up with the McMaster Carr seals, !/4 and 3/16 and the two door locks. Cut a short piece and slid over the bottom in photo 3. Looks like an excellent solution, but a fair amount of work to get the seal to seat properly. After the trim, it appears easier than I thought it would be.
