Sanded the 45 degree edge into the left door frame. Sanded/cut down the left door until it just clears the top edge of the 45 degree trim. Next step is to cut back the gutter to clear the door itself and give the gap for the McMaster Carr seal. That will be a big cut, in some areas the gutter just clears the door when it is on the outside of the cabin top. Needs about 3/8 clearance for a 1/4" seal. Then do the 45 degree edge on the door and most likely more trimming on the door fit.
I can see the trimming going on until the paint is sprayed!
Removed all the stuff from the left door. The upper door is the raw door with the uncut window/outside. Bottom is the cut door.
