Continuing with my covering test, today consisted of prep and covering. All new materials and techniques, so I crawled through. Started with another viewing of the covering DVD from AM this morning, and then went through the motions as well as I could. I am reasonably happy with the results. We'll see when I go to shrink next weekend...
Incidentally, the Hockey Tape is just that, fabric tape like you use to wrap the grip of a hockey or lacrosse stick. It is used to insulate any sharp edges, so they don't tear through the fabric. Pretty slick.
