Factory advice on Step 7 was to pull the parts out of the vice and install in place, at top of Down Tubes. Did that. Took a while due to the need to ream and twist the parts a bit. Lot's of metal up there, some under tension. Finally was able to dry fit all, however. I still see the gap that caused the original concern, so uploaded another video to YouTube and emailed AM for advice.
In the interim, I stepped ahead to Step 8, and attached the Leading Edge Channel. Dry-fit, only. Don't want to cinch it all down in case the Step 7 issue requires some dis-assembly to mitigate.
