Found cyl 2 and 4 egt sensor wires were connected in reverse. Temp were going down hen heat was applied. Corrected.
Troubleshot Radio issue and found NAV-COM 1 harness was connected to the ACM NAV COM 2 plug-in. Moved to NAV COM-1 and the radio issues were corrected.
Unable to correct Pioto heat issue. Confirmed power to wing and heat controller. still not heating the probe.
Removed baggae panel and turned ELT switch to auto. re-installed baggage panel.
