Brief Description: Left elevator counter balance assembly prep
Cledo'd and drilled both hinge doubler assemblies (E-00001A, E-00001B, E-610PP, E-611PP, platenuts) to the left elevator spare E-702. Cleco'd and drilled E-703 to E-704, then drilled them to the end of the E-702 left elevator spar. Cleco'd E-713 counterbalance skin to E-703/E704 with E-714 in place. Used forward holes in E-713 to start drilling attachment holes in E-714. Removed E-714 and finished drilling on drill press. Reassembled E-714 to E-703/E-704/E-713 and used holes in E-714 as guide to drill through forward flanges of E-703/E-704. Removed E-714 and attached E-703/E-704/E-713 to E-702. Attached and final drilled E-705 to E-702 using #40 drill bit.
