Used scotchbrite wheel on bench grinder to bevel inboard and aft edges of E-713 counter balance skin to allow a smooth transition of the elevator skin where it will sit over the counter balance skin. This also reduces the likelyhood of a crack forming from vibration of the elevator in flight. Deburred all parts of the right elevator.
