Repeated steps from "Drilling The Horizontal Stabilizer: Left" on the right side. However, during the drilling of the right HS-00005 to HS-801PP, the top side flanges slipped < 1/2 of a rivet diameter and I was unable to correct alignment without enlarging the holes in the flanges of the rib - leading to a weakend joint. Left the rib in place, drilled on the top side and clamped in place on the bottom side and skipped the HS-00005 drill step until a replacement rib could be ordered from Van's. Continues on with drilling the HS-00006 to HS-801PP holes and then completed the remainder of the HS-801-pp holes starting at the rear spar and working forward. When I reached the step to remove the HS-801PP skin from the substructure to finish drilling the holes in HS-00003, HS-810-1 and HS-814-1 I decided to set the whole subassembly aside until the replacement HS-00005 arrived to avoid an extra "skin-off/skin-on" cycle and reduce the risk of scratching the inner surface of HS-801PP.
