Began assembling the vertical stabilizer by cleco'ing the VS-808PP doubler to the VS-803PP rear spar channel. This proved a little challenging as the holes in the VS-808PP were a little undersized and the doubler is rather thick. Took extra care that the cleco clamps were fully instered before releasing tension on the pliers to ensure a full clamp was taking place. Next, cleco'd the rudder hinge brackets to the rear spar assembly referencing the construction drwaring for positioning. Drilled the two missing corner holes in the upper VS-410PP hinge bracket and drilled the remaining existing holes in both VS-410PP hinge brackets to the same size (#30). Prepared VS-704, VS-705, VS-706 and VS-707 and then cleco'ed them to the front and rear spars.
