Measured, marked, center punched and drilled the two holes in comming with the HS-00003 doubler, HS-702PP spar channel and HS-810-1 and HS-814-1 spar reinforcement bars on the left side using a #40 bit and referencing Section D-D on the contruction drawing for measurements / location of the holes to be created. Reinstalled the inboard rib HS-00005 making sure the centerline previously drawn of the forward face of the forward flange of the rib showed through the newly drilled holes. Clamped the rib flanges in place ensuring proper alignment all around. Match drilled the holes in the forward flange of the rib (HS-00005) and clecoed in place. Next #40 drilled all the holes in the rib-to-skin interface starting at the read spar and moving forward on both sides cleco'ing as I went. Next, match drilled #40 the holes in the skin to the inboard nose rib flanges (HS-00006). Finally, I match drilled #40 the rest of the HS-801PP skin holes to the spar channels and ribs on both sides, cleco'ing as I went.
