Brief Description: Begin Left HS Stab skin work

Switched to blue sharpie (blue sharpie shows through alodine surface conversion while black does not, apparently) and marked HS-00006, HS-0005, HS-706, HS-707 and HS-708 with part numbers and orientation as well as 'handedness'. Marked, centerpunched, and drilled two #40 rivet holes in the aft flange of both HS-00006. Drew centerline on forward surface of forward flange of HS-00005 rib. Assembled the left "skeleton" by cleco'ing HS-706, HS-707 and HS-708 to HS-702 and HS-603PP. (Note, full forward and rear spar are fully cleco assembled at this point) Drilled rib-to-spar attach holes for HS-706, HS-707 and HS-708 (excepting HS-708 to HS-603PP) with #30 bit. Disassebled everything and deburred, cleaned up chips and reassembled. Set everything aside and installed felt on the main work tables to help protect the skins from scratches. Cleco'ed the left HS-801PP skin to the skeleton. Initially tried to do this by standing the skeleton on end and draping the skin over the top. Unfortunately this did not work out well. Second attempt was successful by laying the skin on it's side and inserting the skeleton, then cleco'ing the "top" skin down and finally standing the whole thing on its end to cleo the other side. Once the skin was fully cleco'ed, I enlarged HS-708 to HS-603PP holes using #21 bit. Then inserted the left HS-00006 and HS-00005 into position using the edge of the skin to be flush with the edges of the flanges as an alignment guide. Marked the rivet hole positions in the flanges of HS-00005 and HS-00006 with the blue sharpie using the holes in the HS-801PP skin as a guide. Match drilled HS-00005 aft flange to HS-603PP spar holes to #30. Removed HS-00005, cleaned the area with shop vac to removed debris. Used the 90° angle drill attachment to match drill #40 the holes in aft flange of HS-00006 to HS-702 spar and HS-00003 doubler.
