Marked the HS-00006 nose ribs to match markings on HS-00006 Trim Detail Drawing for notching the aft flange. Used band saw, round file and sotch brite wheel to notch the bottom of the aft flange so that HS-00006 will fit flush against the HS-702 spar channel between HS-814 and HS-810 reinforcement angles. Ensured that bend radius on flange at the notch was replicated as previous bend radius. Test assembled front spar and rear spar with HS-706, HS-707 and HS-708 ribs to check for alignment and fit.
