Today I started by cutting the F-708 Spacers and the Shims. I deblued them, drilled them, and ran them accross the scotchbrite wheel. I then match drilled all holes on bottom of both flaps. Some places using the #40 drill bit and some using the # 30 drill bit. I then attached started drilling the hinges first securing with alligator clamps...then clecos. All came out well.
