Today I started by disassembling both flaps to start the countersink process on the rivet lines of the bottom spar. I used a machine countersink for this. I then cut the flap hinges to proper length using the Wiss cutters. Then I installed the bottom and top skins and match drilled the top skins. Both Ailerons are ready to disassemble, finish edges, deburr, dimple, and prime (next session).
