Brief Description: Match Drilled L & R Wing Tank Skins & Baffles & Co
Today I re-clecoed the L & R tank baffles to the respective skins and re-match drilled the holes to a #30 drill bit. Normally the plans call for a #40 drill bit, however, Andrew and I were not happy with the countersunk holes using the stop/countersink tool. Some were too deep for the 426-AD3 rivet. So I drilled all to a #30 and used the deburring tool to very accurately countersink the skins for a 426-AD4 rivet. They came out really accurate.
