Brief Description:  Preparing The Wing Ribs

Today I started on the wing rib prep. Started off by installing a small scotchbrite wheel to the drill press. I used this almost exclusively for all edge deburring of flange edges and inside lightening holes. Completed about 3/4 of the ribs...still about 12 left to do. I also used a scotchbrite pad to help put final smoothness touchup on all edges as the wheel is does not get it good enough. The pad gets into the small edges much better. I tried using the 6 inch scotchbrite wheel on the bench grinder at first for the edges but found that the smaller one on the drill press worked better. Next will be more wing rib prep...probably about 3 more hours of work.
