This evening Andrew and I finished deburring all rib edges and lightening holes using the very small and medium size scotchbrite wheels. Andrew also started on adjusting some of the rib flanges to 90 degrees using the hand seamers. We also used a square to measure along the rib at various spots to make sure the flange bends were 90 degree accurate. Next session we will continue work on prepping the ribs (flange bending and fluting).
