Today I did more work on the rudder stiffeners. Finished cutting, matching, and trimming per the plans. Used grinder and Scotchbrite wheel to form/smoothen edges for a good fit. Having problems aligning the holes on the longer stiffeners. I will need to do some research online to help figure this out. Anyway, all stiffeners complete. Next is match drilling, deburring, breaking edges, and Scotchbriting the various parts.
