My brother's and my work schedule has been busy all of this month so not much work done until today. After I dorked up the first set of rudder stiffeners on 1/26/2013, I went ahead and ordered a new set from Van's. They arrived here in 3 days...coast to coast...not bad UPS ground. My brother and I spent time today cutting the stiffeners. I finished them off using the scotchbrite wheel and pads. We then match drilled all of the stiffeners to the skin, deburred all of the parts, and finally dimpled all parts including the skin. These parts are ready for alodining and priming.
