Back from my trip, I tested my first dry scarf joint on the tightest part of the jig. Checks 4.0!! So, with that I glued up 8 strips. That's all the clamps I have. I'll let them dry, glue up another batch, and them connect them all together into one long strip. Once complete, I can wrap and glue them around the jig for the diaphragm.
