Brief Description: Fitting wing root covers

Finishing up the cuffs. I'll comment at this point that we have only been working a 2-3 hours per day since the plane is in the unheated open T hangar. It has been cold and snowy so even with the space heater going it is pretty unconfortable working conditions.
