To begin cutting the panel I first located the vent holes and punched the holes using a 2" knockout that I had. This left the holes about .10 undersize. I set the panel up on my mill, backed by a piece of plywood and milled out the rectangular cutouts and drilled the holes on left side of the panel. I finished bored the vent holes to size.
