Brief Description: Locate radio mount plate on panel
I attached the transponder tray to the radio mount plates to hold them in proper position and then used the mill table as handy flat surface to clamp them to the panel. I then match drilled the rivet holes in their flanges using the holes in the panel that I had previously drilled in the panel.
