I started by trimming the F28 bulkhead because it is the simpler of the two. First I router trimmed using a piece of steel flat iron as a straightedge. This ensured that the top and bottom lines are perfectly parallel. Then I scissor trimmed the drawing and transferred the shape of the F28 to the fibreglass. Then I used the router to freehand trim the curved portion of the bulkhead to the line. It seemed to work very smoothly by removing small amounts of material in each pass.
