I finished dimpling the flat skins, then went on to countersinking. I used the jig I made back on the empenage. This set up on the drill press is fast and accuate. Next I used another jig to countersink the holes in the spars. The last to be countersunk was the reinforcing plates. Careful study of the plans show which hole and which side of the holes are to be countersunk. Next I fabricated the saddle needed to hole the ailerons and flaps verticle so they can be riveted on the bench after priming. More tomorrow....
