I got to spend a couple of hours on the plane tonight. You know you love this kind of work when you say "I GOT to" instead of "I HAVE to" ......I deburred and dimpled the rivet holes in the leading edge ribs. I then reamed out the dimples in the splice strip and the end rib to make a better fit between these parts. I used the speed deburring tool to ream out the dimples. I then went back to the left wing assembly and finished countersinking the rivet holes in the main spar. The left wing assembly is now ready for the skins. I still need to deburr and dimple/countersink the right wing stuff. The Leading edge ribs and splice strips are also ready for priming. I will work on the leading edge skins next (removing blue plastic and deburring/ dimpling rivet holes). That's all for now.
