Brief Description:  L.E. work

I finally bought a heater for the shop. When I was planning this project, I had all these grand ideas of putting in a furnace......I now have a small portable heater that actually heats the garage very well. It was in the low 20's and the shop was very comfortable. I do have the advantage of having built my own house and making sure the garage was well insulated. I also have insulated garage doors, which also helps. I pulled out the leading edge skins and used the soldering iron to mark the blue plastic for removal. Once I removed the plastic, I deburred all the holes in the right skin. I deburred the edges and began to sand when I quit. As soon as we get another warm day, I plan to prime the ribs and get the leading edges riveted. Then it's on to riveting skins...........
