Brief Description: Re-assembled tanks & taped off skins
This morning I re-assembled the left tank. I first roughed up the rib flanges, then cleaned each rib with M.E.K. I will just do the 5 inside ribs now and do the inboard and outboard ribs on the next session. I then went to work. When I got back, I taped off the skins and the top (aft) flanges of the ribs. This is done to leave a nice line of pro-seal and to prevent the 'grey goo' from getting all over the skins....remember....this shit is very messy! I quit early tonite....I'm kind of tired. I think I'll go in and watch a good Halloween Horror flick until Wendy gets home from work.....
Blue tape covers all parts I don't want messed up with pro-seal
