I Began this morning by countersinking the rows of holes of the tanks skins that attach to the T-902 rear baffle. This will allow sliding the baffle in easier when it is pro-sealed and riveted. I also used an electric engraver to mark the T-912 attach brackets, so I can place them in the correct place after they have platenuts attached. Each bracket has 3 platenuts. I used a bolt to hold the platenut in place, added a cleco clamp, then drilled the rivet hole. I clecoed the rivet hole, removed the cleco clamp, then drilled the opposite rivet hole. At this point I went to work, When I came home, I finished drilling until all the brackets were done. The inboard brackets do not have platenuts attached. These are bolted to the spar (which has the platenuts attached). I quit at 8:00 pm.....I'm kind of tired.
