Brief Description:  Alumiprep....

I got home and began to prep the yard outside the garage service door. I will use this area to do all my priming and preping. I got two bus boy tubs and filled one with water and one with about a 1/2 gallon ot alumiprep (diluted to 1-1/2 Gallons). I gathered all pieces ready to prime and began to wash them in alumiprep. I used a maroon scotch-brite pad (1/2) and scrubbed the piss out of each piece. I had to re-mark each piece with a sharpie when they were dry because the alumiprep disolved to marker. I scrubbed each piece and then rinsed in the water tub. The larger pieces were just washed off with the hose. I finished all pieces just as it was getting dark. I had my tyvek suit on and nitril gloves and goggles. I brought everything back into the shop and began to deburr and dimple the counter balance stuff I worked on last night. Tomorrow is PRIMER DAY!
