Brief Description: Front deck center rib, fuel pump & valve connectio
Today I drilled the center rib on the front deck skin. I still need to attach the angle support that will connect the rib to the fire wall. the easiest way to do that will be through the square hole in the firewall, which is closed off because of the rotating fuselage stand. When I get ready to mount the vertical and horizontal stabilizers, I will be setting the fuselage on saw horses again and will open up the hole. Then I will attached the rib to the firewall. I also installed the Facet fuel pump on the fire wall and connected the fuel line to it. I also connected the right, left and exit fuel lines to the fuel valve. I still need to secure all of the fittings on the brakes and fuel system. I also removed all of the front deck structures for deburring, dimpling and priming. I really need to order the finish kit soon, but that won't happen for a while...I might have another dead period in the build.....Hopefully I can improve the cash flow around here......soon ($$$)
