Brief Description: Deburring, Dimpling, & countersinking bulkhead par
Today I went back to the beginning of the fuselage manual and reviewed all of the text and plans. I made sure all of the holes where enlarged, all of the parts were fitted and then determined what needed to be dimpleld or countersunk. I dismantled everything I worked on over the last several days and began deburring.....The stainless steel firewall dimpled very easily. I got most of the holes in the F-705 bulkhead deburred and I will next finish deburring each piece. I also found out how sharp the edge of the stainless steel firewall is...I was using edge deburring tool and I slipped and just touched the edge...blood! Not too deep....no band aid needed. I will probably not work on the plane tomorrow, since I have a lot of stuff to do before I head to Miami on Saturday morning.
