I got started at 8 am this morning by riveting the upright members of the carry through bulkhead. I then fabricated the F-633 control column mounts. These are pretty much already made, but I had to trim them down to save some weight. I also prepared the cover support ribs and made the F-904 web stiffeners. These parts are now all deburred and ready to prime. I set these aside and moved on the the next bulkhead: The F-705. I will wait until I get alot of part ready to prime before I final assemble these bulkheads. The F-705 is used to support the seat backs and provideds the attachments for the rear wing spars. I began by assembling the lower center bar sections. I had to trim the doubler and made a spacer for the spar spacer. I got to the point where I will start by attaching the seat belt anchors tomorrow. I am beat......long day.
The F-633 control column mounts all trimmed and installed on the bulkhead
