Brief Description: Propeller Spinner and Wing Tips Install

Spend this week finishing up the Propeller Spinner and at the Perry Airport hanger completing such items as: 1) Final connecting of the AOA and Air Speed Indicator tubing from the Fuselage to the Left Wing. 2) Finalized the adjustment of the Aileron connectors for the correct length and the correct angles of +33 and –17 degrees. Checked for correct torque values where / as necessary. 3) Finalized neatened up the wiring using corrugated fire resistance split tubing and buttoned up both Wing Tips. Checked for correct operation of all Light Tip functions. 4) Installed both clear lens for the Duckworth Leading Edge Light and the Vans Landing Light. 5) Sanded the Spinner to remove all gel coating in preparation of UV Smooth Prime. 6) Neatened up the Wing Root Wiring using fire resistance split corrugated black tubing. 7) And various small misc. tasks.
