This is the #2 Cylinder Ramp Baffle that helps cool the engine.
Step 1 … I located the CB-1002A Fwd Left Air Ramp and measured correctly, marked, and then removed the area called out for in figure 1.
Step 2 … Using the same method as before I bent the CB-1002A Fwd Left Air Ramp at the bend line I previously made to a 30 degree downward angle and then a 16 degree upward bend.
Step 3 … I trimmed 7/32 inch off the end of the CB-1002B Stiffener as shown in figure 3.
Step 4 … I clecoed together the CB-1002B Stiffener, CB-1002D Fwd Left Support Bracket and the CB-1002G Clip to the CB-1002A Fwd Left Air Ramp. And final drilled #30 all the holes in common.
Step 5 … Then I cleoed the CB-1002Left Air Dam to the upper flange of the CB-1002B Stiffener and final drilled all the #30 holes in common.
Step 6 … I then disassembled all the above parts and deburred and removed the Alodine from all the parts in the Cylinder #2 Baffle Ramp Assembly. And machine counter sunk, flush side on the engine cylinder side, the three holes in the CB-1002B Stiffener that attaches the CB-1002C Left Air Dam.
Step 7 … Then I riveted all the parts together with the AN470 rivets called out in figure 3.
