Step 1, Match drilled #40 the C-1021 BC Drill Template to the Door at the 4 #40 holes and clecoed. Then I Match-drilled #30 the rest of the #30 holes and clecoed. Step 2, Using a marker pin I traced the inside opening of the C-1012 BC Drill Template. Step 3, I drilled #30 holes at the corners as shown in figure 2. Step 4, Removed the C-1012 BC Drill Template from the door and using the multi-tool I cut out the section of fiberglass I had just marked. Then smoothed all the rough edges that were left. Step 5, After sanding the inserted of the notch area for excess fiberglass from when the two shells were joined I placed the CV-1021 Latch Angle Assembly into and onto and cleced the #40 holes.
