Step 1, I created or fabricated two C-1002 door latch Springs from 0.032 music wire. By twisting a cut length of 5 inch wire around a AN3 bolt as shown in figure 1. And trimmed to 5/8” as shown in figure 2. Step 2, This step does not apply to me as the doors are already off the aircraft. Step 3, I have yet to attach the seal to the door as I have just ordered the McMaster-Carr seal that everybody else is using to attach to the Fuselage of the aircraft. Which means griding or cutting more of the edge of gutter of the fuselage and doors meet. Step 4, I placed the C-1021 BC Drill Template on the lower edge of the C-1002 L Door for the next pages work.
