Brief Description: Wiring the Warning Lights

07/17 /2011 Continued working on the avionics panel items. I have completed the GMA 340 harness and have wired a Proto-type set of connections, for warning lamps that are to be mounted above the Garmin 340 Comm. This includes the two (Right/Left) magnetic Door reed type switches (Red) Lamps, a Pitot Heat O.K. Lamp (Amber) , a Aux Fuel Pump On Lamp (Red) and a Flaps Up (Green) Lamp and a Flaps Down (Red) Lamp. I purchased these Lamps from SteinAir. I also wired the following switches; the Front Overhead Light and the Back Seat and Baggage LED Lights using one double-throw-double-pole switch and the Co-Pilot Isolate lock-out switch. This switch cuts out the Co-Pilot Aileron/Elevator Trim and Flaps switch from the Co-Pilots Joystick Grip, but leaves the Comm trigger button. Also, I am in the process of wiring a solution for manually dimming and adjusting the Garmin/Dynon and avionics. Time about 6 hours.
