Step 5, I waited until the temps in Georgia were between 75 – 80 degree F as recommend for working with Plexi-Glass for best results. Using the cutting disks supplied with the kit I cut the “bottom” off of the C-1005 Windscreen not realizing it was the actual top of the wind screen. But there is little difference as the results fitted with multiple trimming of the “Top”. The bottom needed only one cut.

Step 6, I marked the 10 inch line from the front and placed the cut C-1005 Windscreen as shown in figure 4. I marked where it needed trimming along the top and sides. I repeated this “fitting” procedure about 5 times. Working carefully as not wanting to trim off too much Plex-glass material.

Step 7 and 8, Again more fitting and trimming.

Time about 2 hours because the die grinder kept running low on air pressure and multiple fitting and
