Step 1, I placed the Baggage Door Assembly into its place and centered correctly holding with duct tape. And the marked the upper and lower recess area for hinge placement.
Step 2, Located the F-1060 Hinge AN257-P3, exactly 18.5 inches in length.
Step 3, I removed the F-1059F Close-Out Panel from the Baggage Door Assembly.
Step 4, After marking the F-1060 Hinge on the F-1059A Fwd Frame in line with the previously marked locations on the F-1059E Skins on the center eye of the hinge as described in figure3. I Match-Drilled #40 all the holes into the Hinge from the Fwd Frame.
