Section 33 BAGGAGE AREA … Page 33 -5 Steps 1 to 9 If you like dimpling this page of the construction manual is for “U”. Step 1, Dimpled the #30 ad #40 holes in both baggage floors. Step 2, Dimpled #19 holes along the edge. Step 3, Dimpled all the holes in the top flange of the F-1019 Inboard Baggage Ribs for the dimple in the F-1022A Baggage Floors. Step 4, Dimple the #30 holes in the F-1023B Baggage Floor Angle both L/R. Step 5, Dimple the 3 holes in the vertical flange of the F-1027 Close Out Panel. Step 6, Find-Drill #40 and machine countersink the four 3/32” holes in the F-1031 Upper Baggage Door Seal Channel. Step 7, Dimple the two holes in the lower end tab of the F-1026 Lower Baggage Door Seal Channel. Step 8, Dimpled the holes of the 12 F-1022 Baggage Floor Stiffners. Step 9, I gathered together all of the parts and removed the shinny “alodine” with sandpaper and “Scotch- Brite”, cleaned with Acetone and labeled the parts for reassembly and riveting. Time about 4 hours.
