Section 33 BAGGAGE AREA … Page 33 -4 Steps 1 to 10 Step1, Using the mighty Sears 2/3 hp bandsaw I slowly cut the F-1022 Baggage Floor Stiffeners into their B,C,D,E,F, and G components. Step 2, not applicable to the Standard Build product. Step 3, I clecoed the created F-1022 Baggage Floor Stiffners to the bottom of the F-1022A-L/R baggage Floors and then final drilled using a #40 drill bit. Step 4, Final Drilled #40 the 3/32” holes in the aft flange of both F-1022A Baggage Floors. Step 5, I Final-Drilled #30 the three rows of holes in the F-1022A Baggage Floors Step 6, I debured the holes I created in the previous steps. Step 7 through 10, I dimpled the #40 nutplates attachment holes, #19 holes and #30 holes as shown in figure 4 Time about 2 hours.
