Section 31 UPPER FORWARD FUSELAGE ASSEMBLY .. Page 31-6, Step 1 to 4. Step 1, Clecoed the Sub-Assembly of the Sub Panel/Forward Fuselage Rib Sub-assembly to the forward fuselage. Then I Final Drilled #30 the four places of the F-1068-L/R to the four places of the F-1002 –L/R. Then after clamping the F-1044B Angle to the F-1001B Firewall Upper Angle I Match-Drilled #30 . Step 2, Then after clamping the F-1044B Angle to the F-1001B Firewall Upper Angle I Match-Drilled #30 . Step 3, Final drilled #19 all the #19 holes in the F-1003A Instrument Panel. Step 4, Final drill #19 all nutplate screw holes in the F-1003B Instrument Panel Lower Flange. Then I final drilled #40 all the rivet holes including the end tabs and then machine countersunk the same. Then usingAN426AD3-4 rivets I install all 17 K1000-08 nutplates. Time about 2.5 hours.
