Section 31 UPPER FORWARD FUSELAGE ASSEMBLY .. Page 31-3, Step 1 to 3 Step 1, I Final Drilled #40 and #19 all the nutplate attachment holes in the F-1003C-L/R Instrument Panel Attachment Flanges. Deburred all holes and edges and then dimpled the #40 holes and riveted the K1000-08 nutplates with AN426AD3-3.5 rivets. Step 2, Final Drilled with #40 and #19 drill all the nutplate attachment holes in the F-1044A Forward Fuselage Rib. The Final Drilled #30 all the rivet holes in the forward flange of the F-1044A Forward Fuselage Rib. Deburred all the holes and edges. And then dimpled the nutplate attachment holes and the forward flange of the F-1044A Forward Fuselage Rib. Finally riveted the K1000-08 nutplates with AN426AD3-3.5 rivets. Step 3, a repeat of Step 2 using the F-1045-L/R Fwd Fuselage Ribs. Time about 1.5 hours.
