Section 31 UPPER FORWARD FUSELAGE ASSEMBLY .. Page 31-4, Step 1 to 4. Step 1, Created the 7 degree bend angle on the F-1068A Sub Panel Center by bending DOWN not UP as described in figure 1. Step 2, Repeat the above procedure using the F-1068B-R/L Sub Panel Sides as shown in figure 2. Step 3, Cleco the F-1044A Fwd Fuselage Rib, F-1044D, E, & F Angles, F-1045-L/R Fwd Fuselage Ribs, F-1068A Sub Panel Center, F-1068B-L/R Side Panel Ends Sides and the F-1083 Control Cable Bracket all together as shown in figure 3. Then Final-Drill all #30 holes in common. Time about 1 hour.
