Step 1, I created the Spacer from AS3-063 X .625 stock aluminum as shown in figure 1.
Step 2, I fabricated the F-1044B Angle from a stock piece of AA6-125 X ¾ aluminum as described in figure 2.
Step 3, I fabricated both of F-1003D/E Instrument Panel Attachment Flanges for one piece of AA3-032 X ¾ stock angle aluminum as described in figure 3.
Step 4, Created the three, F-1044-D-E-F Angle as shown in figure 4.
Step 5, Using the table band saw I removed the hatched area to created both the F-1003C-L/R Instrument Panel Attachment Flanges as described in figure 5.
