Section 28, FWD FUSELAGE RIBS, BHDS, BOTTOM SKINS … Page 28-14, steps 1 to 13.
Step 1, I began by first counter sinking the first 7 #40 holes that of the Aft Center Section Bulkhead Assembly from the outside for double-flush An416 rivets. Then I riveted the Bottom Skins and the Bulkhead together with the correct series of rivets. This was a difficult task as reaching the center rivets was almost impossible! Took, actually 3 evenings of work or about 4 hours as there were two rows that needed riveted.
Step2, Riveted the existing holes of the F1048 Aft End Fwd Fuse Ribs and F-1084 System Ribs, this was included in the time of Step 1.
Step 3, Then I riveted the bottom flange of the Fwd Center Section Bulkhead Assembly to the F1076 Center Bottom Skin and F-1072 Fwd Fuselage Bottom Skin.
Step 4 Cleco the Left and Right F-1004 Center Section Side Plates to the Fwd and Aft Center Section Bulkhead Assemblies and the Bottom Skin F-1072.
Step 5, I clecoed the F-1042 Bulkhead Side Channels to the Center Section Side Plates and the Fwd Fuselage Bulkheads.
Step 6, Then I bolted and torque to 25-28 in/pounds the F-1043 L/R Fwd Fuselage Bulkheads to the F-1043C L/R Attach Angles, Inboard Seat Rail Supports, Outbd Fwd Seat Rail Supports and the F-1042-L/R Bulkhead Side Channels as shown in figure 1.
Step 7, This is where I am suppose to attach the F-1033 L/R Control Column Mount but I am waiting for the repair of Band Saw next week so I can remove the hatched area of material. So I have skipped this part.
Step 8, Riveted the bottom flange of the F1004K L/R Center Section Side Plate to the Fuse Bottom Skins.
Step 9, Using the LP4-3 blind rivets I riveted the F-1043A Fwd Fuselage Bulkhead to the F-1004K Center Section Side Plate and the F-1042 Bulkhead Side Channel.
Step 10, Riveted the F-1043A Fwd Fuse Bulkhead forward flange of the F-1004K Center Section Side Plate, F-1042 Bulkhead Side Channel and the aft tab of the Fwd Fuselage Floor Rib using the AN470AD4-5, AN470AD4-7, and AN470AD4-6.
Step 11, Riveted
