Section 28, FWD FUSELAGE RIBS, BHDS, BOTTOM SKINS … Page 28-8, steps 1 to 5. Step 1 I disassembled the center section Side plates F-1004K-L/R and the Bulkhead Side Channels F-1042-L/R from the Forward Fuselage Bulkhead and Forward Fuse Bottom Skin as shown in Figure 1. Step 2, In a previous step I used a felt-permanent marker the area to be elipically removed for the leg of the landing gear stand. Step 3, Clecoed the large Fwd Fuse Ribs F-1048-L/R to the Fwd Center Section Bulkhead Assembly as shown in figure 1. Final drilled #12 and #30 the rib flanges as shown. Step 4, Unclecoed the Fwd Center Section Bulkhead Assembly from the F-1048 L/R Fwd Fuse Ribs. Step 5, I attached the Fwd Center Section Bulkhead Assembly to the Fwd Fuse Ribs F-1048 –L/R using temp. bolts AN3-14A with AN365-1032 nuts and AN960-10 washers, as shown in figure 2. Time about 3 hours.
