Section 26 Mid. Fuselage Ribs and Bottom Skins. Page 26-7 Step 3 .. 4. Step 3, I disassembled the F-1016B L/R Floor Stiffeners the Center Bottom Skin and Mid Bottom Skins after final drilling all necessary holes. Then machine counter sunk the Aft Center Section Bulkhead Assembly holes that were in common with the center overlapping skin. Then dimpled all the corresponding holes except the very bottom holes in the Tabs that overlay the F-1034A Fuselage Bulkhead and the F-1005A Rear Spar Bulkhead lower flange. I then deburr and removed the shinny coating with Scotch bright and 330 grit sand paper the parts and then dimpled the #40 holes. Then cleaned with Acetone and primed with DTM primer all Skin parts. Step 4, Clecoed the Floor Stiffeners in place and rivet the skins to the Ribs, Bulkhead and Floor Stiffeners. As per Page 26-8. Time about 8 hours because of priming and dimpling and extensive riveting.
