Step1, Final drill the #30 holes in common with the F-1017A L/R Rear Seat Rib Subassembly, F-1019 L/R Inboard Baggage Ribs, and F-1020F L/R Mid baggage Ribs to the Fuselage Bulkhead Assembly.
Step 2, Clecoed then drilled using#40 and #30 bit the final the holes in the Outboard Baggage Rib between the Outboard Rear Seat Rib and the Fuselage Bulkhead Assembly. And then repeated this step for the Right Outboard Baggage Rib. Then clecoed the Step Mounting Bracket WD-1008 L/R and final drilled with a #30 bit.
Step 3, Final Drilled using #30 and then dimpled all the holes in the upper flanges of the Mid Baggage F-1020 L/R and Outer Baggage Ribs F-1019 L/R.
Step 4, Final Drilled all the holes aft in the lower tabs of the Mid Baggage F-1020 L/R and Outer Baggage Ribs F-1019 L/R.
Step 5, I then disassemble and deburr and removed the shinny coating with Scotch bright and 330 grit sand paper the parts and then dimpled the #40 holes in step 2. Then cleaned with Acetone and primed with DTM primer all parts. Time about 5 hours because of priming the parts.
